Million-dollar land tender from Alanya Municipality

Alanya Municipality is putting three valuable plots of land up for sale through a public auction.

The auction for the properties located in Mahmutseydi Neighborhood will take place on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Alanya Municipality Council Meeting Room.

PLOT DETAILS:

Plot: 948.62 m² — Estimated value: 3,616,764 TL

Plot: 623.58 m² — Estimated value: 1,070,770 TL

Plot: 2,141.54 m² — Estimated value: 3,165,060 TL

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals or legal entities wishing to participate must submit the required documents to the Alanya Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Department by 16:00 on July 30, 2025.

Required documents:

Temporary deposit receipt

Forfeiture compensation payment receipt

Proof of residence

Certificate of no debt

Tender document purchase receipt

Notarized power of attorney (if applicable)

Notarized joint venture declaration (for joint applications)

Documents proving foreign nationals meet the requirements for acquiring property in Turkey

TENDER CONDITIONS:

Alanya Municipality reserves the right to conduct or cancel the tender and to accept the most appropriate offer. Individuals or entities banned from tenders are not allowed to participate. The tender specifications can be obtained during working hours from the Real Estate and Expropriation Department of Alanya Municipality.
