Administrative fine issued to pickup truck driver who endangered traffic near Alanya Kuşyuvası Tunnels; vehicle banned from traffic

It was determined that a pickup truck near Alanya Kuşyuvası Tunnels was playing loud music and driving with its doors open, blocking other vehicles from passing. These actions were deemed to violate traffic order and safety, and legal proceedings were initiated against the driver, identified as E.T.

The driver was fined under the Highway Traffic Law for the following violations: disturbing public peace with loud music (Article 72), failing to obey traffic rules specified in the regulations (Article 47/1-D), using unauthorized window tint (Article 30/1-B), and using inappropriate lighting equipment (Article 64/1-B-5). Additionally, under Article 179 of the Turkish Penal Code, the driver was charged with "endangering traffic safety."

The vehicle was removed from traffic, the driver received a total of 70 penalty points, and a monetary fine was imposed. In a statement from the Antalya Provincial Gendarmerie Command, it was emphasized that the fight against such violations will continue with determination.
