Почему в ресторанах Аланьи так дорого? Вот ответ:

Why Are Restaurant Prices So High in Alanya?
Alanya, one of Turkey’s top tourism destinations, is drawing attention due to its rising restaurant prices — a key concern for both locals and tourists.
However, sector representatives emphasize that the reason is not excessive profit margins but increasing operational costs.
Nurettin Göbüt, who has run a restaurant in Alanya for 20 years, explained the main financial burdens: high rents, heavy tax obligations, rising labor costs, food inflation, and restrictions on residence permits that reduce customer flow.
For example, 1 kg of tenderloin now costs around 1300 TL, and minced meat reaches 600 TL — significantly impacting menu prices.
Restaurants are forced to raise their prices just to survive, which negatively affects dining habits of both tourists and local residents.
