On November 2nd, master chef Rafet İnce at the Alanya Tropical Fruit Festival

International chef Rafet İnce, who has won countless medals for our country in international culinary competitions, is the only Turkish chef to have won three Olympic medals for Turkey for the first time at the "IKA - World Culinary Olympics" in 2008. He is also the founder of the first official "Turkish Chefs National Team" and provides consulting services to national and international corporate firms.

He has participated as a lecturer and speaker in seminars, conferences, and panels at tourism and hospitality high schools and universities that provide gastronomy education, and he has also led social responsibility projects that have made a significant impact across the country.

He has hosted cooking programs on various national TV channels.

Chef Rafet, a member of "Chaîne des Rôtisseurs," has been the chef editor of BBC Good Food magazine published in London since 2008 and holds an international jury certificate from "WACS - World Chefs Confederation." He is the author of the first personal development and gastronomy career book in the world culinary literature titled "CHEF." In 2017, he received the best culinary writer award on behalf of Turkey at the "Gourmand World Cookbook Awards," considered the Oscars for authors.

Now, at the Alanya Municipality Tropical Fruit Festival, he will share his experience and knowledge with us in the workshop titled "From Farm to Table" on November 2nd at 3:00 PM.
