Music, lights and flags: Alanya to come alive with celebrations from October 27-29

Alanya is set to transform into a festival hub this weekend. On October 27 & 28 at 19:00, the Alanya Uluslararası 3. Halk Dansları ve Müzik Festivali kicks off at Kızılkule Square with thousands of dancers, national costumes and live music creating a vibrant spectacle.

On October 29, the city will join the national celebration of the Republic Day (Turkey). The schedule includes a gathering at 18:30 at the Atatürk Monument, a torch-lit procession at 19:00 led by the city council, followed by a concert by Norm Ender at 20:30 behind the old municipal building.

Visitors and locals alike are invited to partake in the spirit of unity, culture and patriotic celebration across three festive days in downtown Alanya.
