Published in the Official Gazette: The assets of 48 individuals and organizations have been frozen

The decision to freeze the assets of individuals and organizations connected with terrorist organizations has been published in the Official Gazette.

In accordance with Article 7 of the Law on Preventing the Financing of Terrorism, and based on reasonable grounds indicating that the mentioned individuals and organizations have engaged in acts covered by Articles 3 and 4 of the same Law, a decision has been made to freeze their assets located in Turkey. The decision was published in the Official Gazette with the President's signature.

ASSETS OF 48 INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS FROZEN

According to the published decision, the assets of 14 individuals and 1 association connected with the PKK/KCK terrorist organization, 5 individuals connected with the MLKP terrorist organization, and 20 individuals along with 18 associations and organizations linked to the FETÖ/PDY terrorist organization in Turkey have been frozen.
