Alanya is switching to Halk Kart in the new year

To improve the socio-economic quality of life for Alanya residents and enable more effective use of municipal social facilities, the Halk Kart system is being introduced.

Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik continues to fulfill his promises one by one. The Halk Kart project, announced by Mayor Özçelik during the opening of the İskele Tea Garden, will be operational as of January 1. The Alanya Municipality Halk Kart project aims to make life easier for city residents, reduce their financial burden, and provide broader access to municipal social facilities. It is a new initiative designed to benefit the citizens and meet their needs. The "Alanya Municipality Halk Kart Mobile Application" will enhance the socio-economic quality of life for residents and allow them to make better use of municipal social services.

Halk Kart Offers Many Privileges

Since the opening of Alanya Municipality's social facilities, discounted prices have been applied for Halk Kart holders. Starting from January 1, residents will need to register for Halk Kart via the Alanya Municipality Mobile Application and present a QR code at the checkout to continue enjoying these discounts. In addition, the Halk Kart application will not only provide discounts at municipal social facilities but will also offer discounts at local businesses through upcoming agreements. This will support the city's economy and help residents save money.

Available in Both Digital and Physical Formats

Halk Kart can be used as a digital application or as a physical card. Residents can register through the Halk Kart section of the municipality's mobile application and take advantage of benefits without needing a physical card. Residents without smartphones can apply in person at the Municipal Solution Desk with their ID to receive a physical card.

Who Can Get a Halk Kart?

Halk Kart is available to residents living within Alanya Municipality boundaries with a registered T.C. identification number, university students registered in the municipality's "Campus Alanya" mobile application, and foreign residents with a residence permit and Foreign Identification Number.
