In Antalya, tragic death of a worker: he was working at a villa construction site

In a workplace accident in the Döşemealtı district of Antalya, 50-year-old Salim Taşkın, who was working on roof insulation at a villa construction site, lost his balance and fell from a height, resulting in his death. An investigation has been launched.

The incident occurred around 10:30 AM at a villa construction site on Orhan Veli Street in the Altınkale neighborhood. According to information, 50-year-old Salim Taşkın came to assist the team working on the roof insulation, and while working, he lost his balance and fell from a height.

His coworkers immediately reported the incident to the emergency services and requested help.

HEALTH TEAMS WERE DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE

Upon the report, health teams were sent to the scene. Initial examinations confirmed that Salim Taşkın had passed away. Following this, the Döşemealtı District Police Department and the Crime Scene Investigation teams were dispatched.

DETAILED EXAMINATIONS WERE CARRIED OUT

Authorities are conducting a detailed investigation, and upon the prosecutor's instructions, Taşkın's body was taken to the morgue for an autopsy.
