Why is the new hospital in Alanya not being completed?

He stated, "Our fellow citizens in Alanya cannot get appointments, and patients are being sent to other provinces," calling on the government to take action regarding the Payallar State Hospital. Kaya's call was supported by local politicians from Alanya.
