15 baby raccoons were born

At the Antalya Wildlife Park, four female raccoons underwent a pregnancy period of 63-65 days and gave birth to 15 offspring.
Antalya Wildlife Park, one of Turkey's largest natural wildlife parks, houses 1549 animals from 118 species. In the first 6 months of 2024, a total of 400 offspring were born, including lemurs, kangaroos, rabbits, goats, sheep, and birds. The raccoon family saw the highest number of offspring. Following the mating of a male raccoon with five female raccoons and completing a gestation period of 63-65 days, from June 21 to 23, four female raccoons gave birth to a total of 15 offspring.
