For Alanyans who left their Eid al-Adha shopping to the last minute or are looking for fresh produce, an important announcement has been made by the Market Traders Association. President Hüseyin Gök announced that on the day before the holiday (June 5), the Alanya Central Friday Market and Tosmur Market will be open, while no markets will be held on the first day of the holiday. From the second day of the holiday onwards, all neighborhood markets in Alanya will continue to operate on their regular days and hours. President Gök stated, "Dear tradespeople and valued Alanya residents; on the day before the holiday, Tosmur and Alanya Central Friday markets will be open. On the first day of the holiday, no markets will be held. On the second day of the holiday, our markets will be open as usual."
