Gold keeps rising: Quarter gold surpasses 10,000 TL

Gold prices continue their upward momentum in Turkey. As the ounce of gold approaches $2,550, domestic markets are also hitting new records.

In Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar, the gram gold price reached 3,250 TL, while the quarter gold coin exceeded the 10,000 TL mark for the first time.

Experts point to global economic uncertainty, Middle East tensions, and expectations of a U.S. Federal Reserve rate cut as key drivers behind the rise.

Investors believe that despite possible short-term corrections, gold will maintain its value and continue to strengthen in the long run.
