Waste is turning into art in Alanya

A creative event for parents and children was organized in collaboration between Alanya Municipality's Climate Change and Zero Waste Department and Dünyam Children's Nursery. The recycling jewelry design workshop, aimed at raising awareness about recycling and instilling the importance of protecting natural resources, provided participants with a fun and educational experience.

In the event organized by Alanya Municipality, children, guided by expert trainers, designed accessories using various materials such as fabric scraps, old cardboard, paper materials, bottles, and other items. Parents also participated in the workshop, and it was observed that families enjoyed spending time together while learning about the importance of recycling.

During the event organized by Alanya Municipality to raise environmental awareness, both children and parents learned to make jewelry from waste materials, while also adopting eco-friendly habits. The jewelry created from various recycled materials gave participants the opportunity to showcase their creativity and demonstrated how valuable products can be created without harming nature.
