Smuggled sunglasses seized

Judicial investigation launched for violation of Anti-Smuggling Law No. 5607 in Gazipaşa District.

Following the instructions of the Gazipaşa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an anti-smuggling operation was conducted by the Antalya Provincial Gendarmerie Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Unit and Gazipaşa District Gendarmerie Command.

During the search of a vehicle within the operation in Gazipaşa,

15,000 smuggled sunglasses were seized.

A judicial investigation has been launched against one suspect in connection with the incident.
