Crisis May Be an Opportunity for Alanya: Investors Are Eyeing the Region

Due to the war between Iran and Israel, all eyes are on how much Turkey will be affected by this crisis. MÜTBİR President Mustafa Küçüker evaluated the potential impact of the conflict on the real estate market.
Küçüker stated that, just like the Russia-Ukraine war, citizens fleeing the region may direct their investments toward our region, and Iran may follow a similar path. He expressed hope that the war would end as soon as possible.
President of the Contractors Union, Mustafa Küçüker, said that the war between these two countries could lead to increased activity in Turkey's real estate market:
"We anticipate an increase in investment activity in our region."
Küçüker continued his statement as follows:
"Even the worst peace is better than the best war. We hope that no one suffers, and no lives are lost. Hopefully, peace will be achieved mutually as soon as possible.
The Russia-Ukraine war was an unwanted situation, but it had a positive impact on the sector. People made investments here and brought their savings to our country. Once again, we are the closest safe country. Therefore, we foresee that people fleeing from that region will invest here. However, our only desire is for peace to be restored as soon as possible."
