HSK Decree Announced: Chief Public Prosecutor of Alanya Replaced

Reassignments at Alanya Courthouse Under HSK Summer Decree
With the summer decree issued by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), a personnel change has taken place at the Alanya Courthouse. Celal Tekin was appointed Chief Public Prosecutor of Aydın, while Erzincan Chief Prosecutor Dr. Ali Öztürk has been assigned to Alanya.
According to the judicial decree numbered 963 issued by the First Chamber of the HSK on June 20, 2025, comprehensive appointments were made at the Alanya Courthouse. Celal Tekin, the former Chief Public Prosecutor of Alanya, was reassigned to Aydın, and Dr. Ali Öztürk from Erzincan was appointed in his place. Celal Tekin, who contributed to the effective and prompt functioning of judicial services in Alanya during his tenure, is expected to leave the city in the coming days. The new chief prosecutor, Dr. Ali Öztürk, is expected to assume his duties in Alanya shortly.
JUDICIARY STRENGTHENED THROUGH NEW APPOINTMENTS
According to the summer decree dated June 20, 2025, and numbered 963, significant changes were made in the judicial staff of the Alanya Courthouse. A total of 18 judicial personnel — 7 prosecutors, 10 judges, and 1 chief prosecutor — were reassigned to other provinces. In their place, 14 new judges, 9 prosecutors, and a new chief prosecutor were appointed. Thus, a total of 24 new members of the judiciary will begin their duties at the Alanya Courthouse.
