13 Properties to Be Leased in Different Neighborhoods

Alanya Municipality will lease 13 of its properties via open auction in accordance with Article 45 of State Tender Law No. 2886. The properties include shops and kiosks of various sizes.

Annual Rents Start from 100,000 TL

The annual rent of the properties ranges between 100,000 TL and 850,000 TL. Lease durations vary between 2 and 3 years. The provisional guarantee amounts range from 9,000 TL to 76,500 TL. Those wishing to participate must deposit the provisional guarantee and penalty compensation.

Türkler Neighborhood: 85 m² shop – Annual rent 850,000 TL – Time: 10:00

Avsallar Neighborhood: 98 m² shop – Annual rent 175,000 TL – Time: 10:10

Çarşı Neighborhood: 50 m² shop – Annual rent 400,000 TL – Time: 10:40

Kızlarpınarı Neighborhood: 37 m² shop – Annual rent 140,000 TL – Time: 10:50

Oba Neighborhood: 50 m² shop – Annual rent 720,000 TL – Time: 11:20

Okurcalar Neighborhood: 6 m² kiosk – Annual rent 360,000 TL (+VAT) – Time: 11:40

Tender Date and Time

The tenders will be held on August 21, 2025, at the Alanya Municipality Tender Committee Meeting Room. The first tender will begin at 10:00, and the last one will conclude at 12:00.

Criminal record certificate

Tax registration, chamber registration, debt-free certificate

Site inspection certificate

Authorization certificate and criminal record of the authorized person

Application Deadline and Specification Details

Deadline for applications: August 20, 2025 at 16:00. Applications must be submitted to the Alanya Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Department. Tender file fee: 2,000 TL including VAT.
