Alanya District Governor’s Office: “We Will Never Allow It”
The Alanya District Governor’s Office shared the results of inspections carried out against motorcycle riders who endangered pedestrian paths and sidewalks. Traffic teams of the Alanya District Police Department conducted inspections at various points, imposing fines on those who misused pedestrian crossings and sidewalks.
136,000 TL IN FINES ISSUED
As a result, 57 motorcyclists were fined a total of 136,418 TL, and 1 motorcycle was banned from traffic.
“THESE ROADS ARE NOT FOR VEHICLES”
The Governor’s Office stated: “Let us remember, sidewalks and pedestrian crossings are safe areas for pedestrians, not for vehicles. Their misuse will never be tolerated.”
