Major Change in Vehicle Inspection Services: Two New Stations Coming to Alanya

A significant change is happening in Alanya’s vehicle inspection services. Since 2007, inspections have been handled by TÜVTÜRK, but starting in 2027, they will be taken over by the MOI Joint Venture Group. According to the Presidential Decree published on May 21, 2025, the concession rights for the first and second regions were awarded to MOI for $1.72 billion. The group includes Met-Gün İnşaat, Itversia Gestion S.L., Opus Group AB, and VTV Norte SA.

Two New Stations for Alanya

Two new inspection stations are planned for the Mahmutlar and Demirtaş areas to reduce congestion and speed up service. Additionally, card payment commissions will be removed, allowing citizens to pay by credit card without extra fees. The new operator has committed to providing services in line with EU standards—an important step toward improving road safety and reducing accidents.
