As part of Youth Week activities, a “Book Reading Event” was organized.

Under the coordination of the Alanya District Governor’s Office, the Alanya Youth Center organized a “Book Reading Event” as part of Youth Week activities.

During the event held at the Alanya Nursing Home, young people came together with elderly residents to read books. In the second part of the event, participants engaged in intergenerational discussions based on the book they had read. Comments from different life perspectives added depth to the book analysis and created a meaningful environment for cultural exchange.

The event not only strengthened the sense of social responsibility among young people but also enabled the transfer of knowledge and experience from the elderly to the younger generation.
