Swift response from the accused Alanya company KNE Yapı: Our projects are continuing.

The owners of KNE Yapı, Nurican and Eren Kılınç, responded to allegations regarding the non-delivery of houses sold to some foreign nationals through construction projects in Alanya four years ago, stating, "Although there have been delays and difficulties, our projects are ongoing."
Nurican and Eren Kılınç, members of the well-established Kılınç family of Alanya, responded to the claims featured in a news report from Antalya. Emphasizing that the crisis in the construction and real estate sector has affected delivery times and similar issues have been experienced by other well-established construction firms in Alanya, KNE Yapı owners Nurican and Eren Kılınç made the following statement:
'OUR WORK CONTINUES WITH DETERMINATION'
"Recently, some press outlets and social media platforms have published defamatory news and posts containing baseless 'Fraud' allegations about our company. In order to properly inform the public about these unfounded claims, we find it necessary to make the following statement.
Our company, KNE Yapı, was established in 2015 and operates within our family companies. Our family has been engaged in trade in our region for over 70 years and continues activities in various sectors. The 2023 earthquake in our country and the halt of sales to foreign investors have imposed heavy burdens on our sector. Additionally, economic fluctuations, high inflation rates, and sudden and unpredictable increases in exchange rates have significantly impacted our sector.
Under these economic conditions, many established and strong contracting companies have been forced to halt their operations or liquidate. However, our company has continued its activities and proceeded with its projects without interruption. Although delays and difficulties have been experienced, the construction process of our projects is still ongoing.
Our company has taken and continues to take various measures to prevent grievances regarding projects that we had to temporarily halt. These economic crises have affected delivery times of our projects as they have affected all other companies operating in our sector.
In this context, the news, statements, and posts containing 'Fraud' allegations about us, which have been disseminated to the public, are false, defamatory, and completely devoid of legal basis. All actions taken by our company to date have been transparent, legal, and within the framework of contracts.
Our company categorically rejects these baseless allegations and emphasizes that it continues its projects with determination and has committed no act that would undermine public trust. We hereby inform the public that we reserve our legal rights regarding these posts and news and that legal proceedings will be initiated.
We thank all our investors, business partners, and valued citizens who trust in our projects for their patience and understanding during this process and reiterate that we continue our work with determination."
