The municipality in Alanya has started sales through foreclosure.

Alanya Municipality has put up for sale, through foreclosure, the properties of some taxpayers who have not paid their tax debts. The properties offered for sale include land plots, fields, and residences.

According to a statement from the municipality, the sales process has started for a total of 7 parcels of real estate. Auction dates and sale prices for properties located in the Yeşilöz, Paşaköy, and Demirtaş neighborhoods of Alanya were also shared with the public.

LAND IN YEŞİLÖZ, FIELD IN PAŞAKÖY, HOUSE IN DEMİRTAŞ

According to the announcement, a 410-square-meter land plot in Yeşilöz neighborhood will be put up for sale with an estimated price of 1,620,000 Turkish Lira. The starting price for the fields in Paşaköy neighborhood has been set at 600,000 Lira. A house located in Demirtaş neighborhood will be offered for sale at a price of 3,700,000 Lira.

Municipal officials emphasized that the legal process will continue for taxpayers who do not pay their debts. It was noted that the property sales due to tax debts will continue in Alanya, and new sales will be announced to the public in the upcoming period.
