Evaluating the impact of the World Beach Volleyball Pro Tour, held for the first time in Alanya, Şükrü Cimrin said it has made spreading tourism across all 12 months easier. Alanya has taken another major step toward its goal of year-round tourism. The inaugural World Beach Volleyball Pro Tour not only attracted sports fans but also boosted the local economy. Şükrü Cimrin, a board member of the Tourism Promotion Agency (TGA) and Mediterranean Representative, stated that international events will make Alanya one of the leading destinations for sports tourism and elevate its tourism potential.
