Alanya Faces Its Worst Season in the Past Three Years

Tourism facilities that had a 85% occupancy rate in June 2023 closed June 2024 nearly full at 95.6%. However, 2025 saw a drop to 75%, marking the lowest rate in the past three years.

Strong Start to 2024

For Alanya hotels, the first half of 2024 showed a promising picture. Compared to 2023, occupancy rates saw a noticeable jump:

April: 36.6% → 70.7%

May: 63.5% → 88.2%

June: 85% → 95.6%

FLUCTUATING START TO 2025

The year 2025 followed a more unstable trend:

January–February: Higher than 2024 (42% and 38.7%)

March: Dropped from 44.9% to 27%

April–May–June: 45%, 68%, and 75%
