Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy announced that on July 12, 2025, a total of 100,646 foreign tourists entered the country via Antalya and Gazipaşa-Alanya airports. This figure marks the highest daily tourist entry recorded in July over the past five years.

He recalled that the all-time highest daily tourist entry was recorded in August 2024, with 102,755 visitors, and noted that this year’s figure was just a few thousand short.
