STRATEGIC PLANNING BEHIND THE RECORD
In a statement on social media, Minister Ersoy said this success is the result of strategic tourism planning and international promotional efforts. He added, “We are not just focused on records, but on a vision of sustainable tourism,” highlighting the sector’s long-term goals.
CLOSE TO THE 2024 RECORD
He recalled that the all-time highest daily tourist entry was recorded in August 2024, with 102,755 visitors, and noted that this year’s figure was just a few thousand short. Ersoy emphasized that Antalya’s global appeal continues to grow and that efforts are ongoing to turn this rise into lasting success.
