A 13,000 square meter treasury-owned land in Alanya has been put up for sale.

A 13,093 square meter treasury-owned plot located in Kestel Neighborhood of Alanya and zoned for development has been put up for sale through a closed-envelope bidding and negotiation method. The temporary guarantee amount is set at 7 million TRY.
The land, classified as arable and situated near the Dim River in Kestel, will be auctioned via privatization.
Two Plots Offered for Sale Simultaneously
The Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has included plots 24 and 25 of block 1096 in Kestel Neighborhood, Alanya, within the scope of privatization. The total size of the two plots is 13,093.39 square meters, and they are officially recorded as farmland. However, they will be sold through a closed-envelope bidding process and negotiation.
Temporary Guarantee Set at 7 Million TRY
Those wishing to participate in the auction must purchase the tender specifications document for 10,000 TRY. The temporary guarantee amount has been set at 7 million TRY. Applications must be submitted to the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance by the end of business on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
Zoned for Residential Use, Building Up to 4 Floors Allowed
The plots for sale are located near the touristic Dim River area. Currently, olive, lemon, and orange trees are present on the land. According to information from ministry officials, both plots are zoned for residential development. The construction regulations allow buildings of up to 4 floors with a base elevation coefficient of 0.75, as defined in the urban development plans.
