He had shot his friend in the head and killed him in Alanya: The suspect has been caught

In Alanya, M.U. (21), who shot his roommate Abdulcebbar Yıldız (28) in the head with a gun and killed him, was caught by night watchmen in Gümüşhane.

The incident occurred yesterday around 3:30 p.m. on the first floor of an apartment building on Türker Çıkmazı Street in Saray Neighborhood. According to the information received, about three months ago M.U. moved into the house he rented through a real estate agent together with Abdulcebbar Yıldız. For reasons still unknown, an argument broke out between the two, ending in bloodshed. M.U. shot his roommate Yıldız in the head with a gun. Allegedly, after the murder, M.U. called the real estate agent from whom they rented the house and said, “I committed a murder in the house I rented.” Following the agent’s report, numerous police officers and crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the scene. After an examination, Yıldız’s lifeless body was taken to the Alanya Municipality morgue following a preliminary autopsy carried out by the on-duty prosecutor.

CAUGHT IN GÜMÜŞHANE

After fleeing the scene, M.U. was caught in Gümüşhane late at night. The suspect, who was looking for a place to stay in the city center, was subjected to an ID check by patrol watchmen who became suspicious of his behavior. During the check, it was determined that M.U. was the perpetrator of the murder committed in Alanya. As a result of an operation carried out jointly with the police, the suspect was detained in a men’s dormitory. It was learned that after the procedures at the police station, the suspect will be handed over to the Alanya District Police Department’s Public Order Bureau and brought back to Alanya.
