They’ve found a new way to scam: Alanya, beware!

Scammers are trying new methods to trap citizens. This time, in their new scheme, scammers continue to victimize people by sending messages like "This is the last processing day of your penalty file" to citizens' phones.

Recently, many people received messages from foreign numbers saying, "Dear Mr./Ms. X, this is the last processing day of your penalty file. Call to avoid victimization. X Law Firm," including a landline number and a link. Many citizens, unaware of the scam, fall into the scammers' trap.

Experts warn citizens to stay away from such messages and advise those who encounter such situations to block the number sending the message and report it to the authorities.

Experts note that scam incidents via messages have been increasing lately. They emphasize that scams are conducted through messages about lawsuits and similar topics and that cybercriminals especially trap victims this way. They once again remind the public to be cautious and not to trust such messages or calls.
