A large number of ships and boats were inspected in Alanya

The Alanya Coast Guard Command continues its rigorous inspections to ensure safety in Alanya, the heart of marine tourism. During comprehensive inspections conducted on August 1-2, 2024, a large number of ships, boats, and hotel beach operations were checked.
In the inspections, 30 passenger boats, 6 private boats, 1 commercial boat, and 3 hotel beach operations were thoroughly examined in terms of documentation and equipment. Additionally, the identities of 102 individuals were checked.
The most significant finding from the inspections was that a passenger boat was caught operating without the required number of crew members. Considering that this situation posed a risk to maritime safety, the boat was referred to the Alanya Port Authority.
Officials from the Alanya Coast Guard Command emphasized that safety is always a priority in Alanya, a vital hub of marine tourism, and stated that such inspections would be conducted regularly.
