Attention, customers of 21 banks in Turkey! Updated cash withdrawal limits
An important development affecting millions of banking customers across Turkey has occurred. The new period brings regulations that will be valid in all 81 provinces.
Despite the increase in the number and usage of ATMs, excessive congestion at bank branches in Turkey continues. Customers who wish to handle their transactions without visiting bank branches still face ongoing issues with "limits" during ATM usage.
As a result, many banks operating in Turkey and with branches abroad have made a significant decision. Observing the difficulties their customers face in withdrawing and depositing money in daily life, 21 banks have decided to increase their daily cash withdrawal limits.
The old limits will no longer apply to a total of 49,847 ATMs, which significantly ease the process of withdrawing and depositing money for citizens. The new regulation affecting ATMs used frequently by millions of people will encompass the customers of 21 banks.
The new regulation aims to make banking transactions more practical and reduce congestion at ATMs, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
