Schools have opened in Alanya, and canteen prices have been set. Parents are relieved as the prices remain at reasonable levels and stringent inspections ensure quality assurance.

With the start of the school year in Alanya, one of the biggest concerns for parents has been the clarification of canteen prices. Although there has been a slight increase compared to last year for the 2024-2025 school year, the prices are generally reasonable.

Süleyman Hilmi Özdemir, President of the Alanya Bakers and Vendors Association, stated that prices are kept below the ceiling limits and quality assurance is provided through strict inspections.

The average prices for some items in the canteens are as follows:

-Small Water: 5-7.5 TL

-Quarter Mixed Toast: 25 TL

-Half Mixed Toast: 40-45 TL

-Simit: 10 TL

-Poğaça: 15-30 TL

-Fruit Juice (200 ml): 12 TL

-Ayran (200 ml): 10 TL

-Large Sandwich: 35 TL

Özdemir emphasized that great care is taken to offer both economical and healthy options to meet children's nutritional needs. Regular inspections in the canteens ensure the freshness of products, hygiene, and maintenance of reasonable prices.
