Drugs were administered in the forest: his last words were "dad"

In Izmir, 18-year-old Aslıhan Sinem Çiçek, who went for a job interview and was later found in the hospital, was confirmed to have died from stimulant poisoning. In the footage from her last moments, she said, "I can't breathe," before uttering "Dad" as her final words.

Aslıhan Sinem Çiçek, who lived in the Bayraklı district, went to Bornova for a job interview on July 26, 2022, but did not return home. When her family was unable to reach her, they reported her missing to the police. After some time, it was determined that the young girl was at Ege University Hospital. Unfortunately, Çiçek, who was in critical condition, passed away in the hospital. An investigation was launched into the incident, and Burak Kaya, 28, was taken into custody. Kaya was arrested for "robbery" after being caught with Çiçek's phone.

DRUGS DETECTED

The autopsy report from the Izmir Forensic Medicine Institute indicated that drugs were found in Çiçek's blood, but no signs of sexual assault were discovered. The report from the 1st Specialization Board of the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute also stated that the cause of the young girl's death was "stimulant poisoning."

LAST FOOTAGE EMERGED

The last footage of Aslıhan Sinem Çiçek before her death resonated widely on social media. In the video recorded in a wooded area, the young girl is heard saying she is having difficulty breathing, and she finally calls out "Dad."
