Breaking news! Brutality in Manavgat: He killed his wife first, then himself

In the Kaçarlar area of Çardak neighborhood in Manavgat, a citizen named Süleyman Öter shot and killed his wife, Gülfer Öter, with a shotgun before taking his own life with the same weapon.

The incident occurred in the evening when Süleyman Öter began to argue with his wife in front of their home for an unknown reason. As the argument escalated, Öter grabbed the shotgun from inside the house and opened fire on his wife, Gülfer Öter. After killing his wife at the scene, Süleyman Öter then placed the shotgun under his chin and took his own life.

Upon receiving notifications from neighborhood residents, numerous gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Initial checks revealed that both Süleyman and Gülfer had lost their lives. The gendarmerie teams took security measures in the neighborhood, and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
