Direct flights from Antalya to Rize are starting

On October 3, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced the start of ticket sales for flights to Rize-Artvin Airport, which will begin on November 8, during a meeting with airline companies. Flights will be conducted twice a week.

Direct flights from Antalya to Rize-Artvin Airport will commence on November 8. Throughout the winter season, flights will operate on Mondays and Fridays, totaling two flights per week. Tickets for these flights are already on sale. The first flight from Antalya to Rize-Artvin Airport is scheduled to depart at 08:30, while the first flight from Rize to Antalya will take off at 10:55. The flights between Rize-Artvin Airport and Antalya will offer new opportunities for both business and tourism passengers. The new flights aim to further enhance the tourism, economic, and cultural wealth of the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions.

During the meeting with airline companies on October 3, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced 12 new domestic routes, one of which is the Antalya-Rize-Artvin route.
