Alanya is taking a significant step in the real estate market by offering a groundbreaking solution to the issue of fake listings and unauthorized agents. From January 1, 2025, the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) will become mandatory, aiming to enhance trust in the local real estate sector.

The system enables property owners to select their properties via e-Devlet and list them only through authorized agents. This innovation will specifically prevent fake rental listings and protect citizens from fraud.

EİDS provides a digital solution to ensure the accuracy and reliability of real estate listings. Property owners will register their listings in the system and work exclusively with authorized agents. As a result, the impact of fake listings and unauthorized individuals in the sector will be minimized.
