Price hikes continue in Alanya: New increase in gas cylinder prices

A new price hike has been added to the series of recent price increases in Alanya.

The price of a 12-kilogram kitchen gas cylinder, which was 785 TRY a few weeks ago, has risen to 950 TRY with the latest increase.

PRICE INCREASES BURNING A HOLE IN POCKETS

The rise in gas cylinder prices continues to soar, in line with the other recent price hikes. The 185 TRY increase in the price of kitchen cylinders, in particular, has had a significant impact on citizens' budgets. Over the course of a year, the total increase in gas cylinder prices has reached 50%. Citizens are expressing their frustrations due to economic difficulties in response to the rising prices.

NEW INCREASES IN GAS CYLINDER PRICES

Last week, the price of a 2-kilogram cylinder was 300 TRY, and the price of a 12-kilogram kitchen gas cylinder was 765 TRY. However, with the recent price hike, these prices have been updated: the 2-kilogram cylinder is now 350 TRY, and the 12-kilogram cylinder is 950 TRY. Additionally, the price of a 40-kilogram large restaurant gas cylinder has increased from 3,000 TRY to 3,800 TRY.
