SCHOOL BAG ADDED TO THE LIST
A school bag from the brand Diakakiç was added to the Ministry of Trade's updated unsafe product list dated February 11, 2025. The Ministry’s statement indicated that this product contains lead at a level that could harm human health.
LEAD LEVEL EXCEEDS THE LIMIT
Experts emphasize that the level of lead found in the school bag exceeds the permissible limit, posing serious health risks. Lead exposure, especially in children, can negatively impact the development of the nervous system.
PRODUCT RECALLED FROM THE MARKET
The Ministry of Trade has decided to ban the sale of this school bag and remove it from the market. Parents are strongly urged not to use this product and to keep it away from their children.
