The ongoing economic difficulties in Alanya continue to severely affect the construction and real estate sectors. As bankruptcy and concordatum applications increase due to the contraction in the industry, the latest company to join this list is Serdar Uygun Construction Real Estate Trade Limited Company. The Alanya Commercial Court of First Instance, in its hearing on March 19, 2025, evaluated the concordatum request filed by the company and its partner Serdar Uygun, and ruled to grant a one-year definite term. The court also announced that the concordatum term was declared in accordance with Article 288 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. The decision explicitly states that if the concordatum process fails, the possibility of bankruptcy will be considered.
