Infrastructure, Zoning, and Bureaucratic Issues in Alanya’s Construction and Real Estate Sector Discussed
Solutions were explored during a meeting organized by the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO).
SECTOR REPRESENTATIVES GATHERED AT THE SAME TABLE
The construction sector in Alanya is currently going through a challenging period due to infrastructure deficiencies, urban planning issues, and disruptions in communication services. To address these problems, ALTSO held a consultation meeting with industry representatives.
Participants included ALTSO President Eray Erdem, Türk Telekom Alanya Director Derya Dökmeci, AEDAŞ Alanya Investment Director Emrah Kaya, ASAT Alanya Director Ümit Demirel, Alanya Municipality Zoning Director Hüseyin Uysal, and numerous businesspeople.
FOCUS ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND PLANNING CHALLENGES
The meeting focused on infrastructure shortcomings in Alanya’s construction projects, delays in electricity and communication infrastructure, and bureaucratic obstacles in zoning approvals.
Businesspeople had the opportunity to directly convey their concerns to the directors of the relevant public institutions.

After the meeting, ALTSO President Eray Erdem stated:

Emphasizing the importance of such meetings for Alanya’s economic development, Erdem added:
“As ALTSO, we will continue to act as a bridge between public institutions and industry representatives and work towards joint solutions.”
