Appointment system becomes mandatory in Alanya primary health centres

n Alanya, primary health care centres (ASM) will introduce an appointment-only service. Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu announced that, aiming to improve service quality, the centres will operate on a capacity-based, appointment-scheduled system.

Under the new rules, residents must book an appointment beforehand. The centres will also receive upgrades to their physical standards and institutional identity.
