Exhibition Opens in Alanya to Mark Turkey’s 102nd Republic Anniversary

An exhibition titled “On the 102nd Year of the Republic: Alanya and Archaeology” has opened at the Alanya Museum, commemorating the 102nd anniversary of the Republic of Turkey.

Organised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as part of the “Turkey Culture Route” festival, the event features over 100 archaeological and historical artefacts showcasing Alanya’s rich heritage.

The exhibition is free of charge and open daily from 08:30 to 17:30 until 4 December.

Organisers say the exhibition will enhance the city’s cultural visibility and offer residents and visitors deeper insight into the region’s past.
