New Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff Comes into Effect in Türkiye — Average Increase of 36.15%

Türkiye has officially implemented the new minimum attorney fee tariff, published in the Official Gazette (Resmî Gazete). On average, legal service rates have risen by 36.15% for 2025.

Examples of new rates:

Civil courts (Asliye) — 45,000 TL

Consumer cases — 22,500 TL

Serious criminal cases — 65,000 TL

Legal consultations:

At the office — 4,000 TL/hour

On-site consultation — 7,000 TL/hour

Document preparation:

Rental agreement — 8,000 TL

Will or company charter — 32,000 TL

The new tariff applies nationwide and aims to adjust attorney fees in line with inflation and the economic environment in Türkiye.
