Motorcycle Safety Workshops Held for Students at Alanya University

From October 27 to 31, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ) hosted a series of events titled “Traffic and Two-Wheeled Vehicles: The Importance of Helmets and Protective Equipment”.
Students and faculty participated in lectures and hands-on sessions covering:
safe riding practices for motorcycles and other two-wheeled vehicles;
road rules for motorcyclists and interaction with other traffic participants;
mandatory helmet and protective gear usage, and first-aid procedures following accidents.
The event was organised by the ALKÜ Motorcycle Community (academic consultant Serdar Aslan) in partnership with the university’s Health, Culture & Sports Department, the Jandarma and other stakeholders.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among young drivers and university residents, and reduce motorcycle-related traffic incidents.
