Oh no, it’s going to burn like an oven... Temperatures are skyrocketing in Alanya and Antalya!

According to the latest weather report from the General Directorate of Meteorology, the weather across most of the country will be above seasonal norms this weekend. Especially in Antalya and its surroundings, temperatures will rise, turning the region into something like an oven.

In Antalya, the temperature will increase from 25 degrees over the weekend to 37 degrees at the beginning of the week. From next week onwards, thermometers will show 38 degrees. In Alanya, temperatures will reach up to 36 degrees. In Istanbul, temperatures will rise to 32 degrees, and in Adana, they will reach up to 39 degrees. Similar temperature increases are expected in other cities as well. The General Directorate of Meteorology has warned citizens to be cautious during this hot weather and to take necessary precautions. It is advised not to go outside during peak sun hours and to drink plenty of water. Special attention should be given to the elderly, children, and those with chronic illnesses to avoid the risk of heatstroke.
