TOKI houses will be put into operation in Alanya on July 19

The residences built by TOKİ in Mahmutlar District of Alanya will be delivered to the rightful owners by July 19, 2024.

250 houses built by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in Alanya's Mahmutlar District are being delivered to their rightful owners. The residences, built with a horizontal architectural approach, were built on raft foundations with a tunnel formwork system to be earthquake resistant. The residences, which will be delivered by July 19, 2024, include social facilities such as camellias, children's playgrounds and green areas.

FEATURES OF RESIDENCES

In this project, residences were built using modern and solid construction techniques. Structures designed to be earthquake resistant aim to offer a safe living space to beneficiaries. Social areas provide an enjoyable time for children and families. With the delivery of the houses, the beneficiaries will have their new homes.

DELIVERY PROCESS
