COMPENSATION FEES FOR REPTILES

For reptiles listed in the wildlife list, the compensation fees are 40,000 TL for the loggerhead turtle, green sea turtle, Nile turtle, and Euphrates turtle; 35,000 TL for the desert monitor. Particularly due to the recent hot weather, heavy penalties have been established for those killing or harming snake species.
