Billion-dollar investment in Antalya: A 5-star hotel is coming

A major investment project will be carried out in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya. Özpınarlar İnşaat Taahhüt Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi will build a 5-star hotel with 170 rooms, investing 876 million Turkish lira in the project.
The hotel will rise on a 6,286 square meter area at parcel 3, block 6462 in the Arapsuyu neighborhood. The project includes a hotel with a capacity of 450 beds, 2 basement floors, a ground floor, 1 mezzanine, and a roof floor, totaling 12 floors.
Facilities within the hotel will include meeting rooms, a breakfast area, a bar, an à la carte restaurant, a spa, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
The Environmental Impact Assessment (ÇED) process has been initiated for this large hotel project by the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit, and Inspection, under the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change.
